The status of all the trainings performed by each of the distribution teams serving the company can be seen in real time. The tool connects to the online server of the training provider and analyzes if the training is occurring and whether the team's performance is acceptable. The analysis is put together by managers and sales executives who are monitoring the improvements in sales and service level to the main customers of the company.
