Description

The purpose of the tool was to estimate the size and costs of promoters and supervisors teams based upon customer stores segmentation.

Project Benefits / Impacts

The solution simulation generated several discussions about the customer service strategy and about the service level given to each store. It made the visits scripts and duration more standard. The simulation generated a considerable cost reduction optimizing the resources as well as indicating if those resources should, or not, be outsourced. The exhibition of the data integrated with Google Maps allowed for deeper analysis of the results in a national scale.
